Fresco The Raft of Medusa 2019
Update Feb 2020: The mural has been tokenized as NFT.
"The Raft of the Medusa 2019" is a cover of the famous painting by Géricault realized between 1818 and 1819.
The scene of sinking was revisited to create an allegory of the current world through various elements added or modified compared to the original work.
Located on the roof of the former gold foundry of the Banque de France (located in Ivry sur Seine), the work was done over a period of 7 days using different techniques (brush, dripping, fire extinguisher filled with paint).
